We understand that the process of permanent recruitment is more than placing an advertisement on the internet and hoping for the right person. We make sure that candidates skills not only fit but that they also match the culture of the prospective company. How do we achieve all this? By following the six steps below we are able to attract the right candidates through knowledge of what you need and what our candidates are looking for:
- The job Brief
Our recruiters will personally take your job brief. This not only gives them the chance to learn more about the role but will give them the chance to become familiar with your company ethos and the environment your company works in. From this we can gain valuable information about the role and the working conditions and can then start searching for the correct candidate.
- Candidate Sourcing
There are many ways to find a candidate, however at Infront Staffing we research the best possible places to find your candidate, whether through head hunting, internet, referrals, networking or print media. After we establish the best approach we target our resources and begin the search for the ideal candidate.
- Screening and Interviewing of Candidates
With the many candidates that may apply for the position we must carefully screen through them to make sure that the most appropriate candidates are found. We then interview all appropriate candidates to assess wether they have the necessary qualifications and skill sets needed to perform the tasks required, from there a short list is determined.
- Short listing and Selection Process
Once we are confident of the short list selected, resumes are forwarded to and with your agreement interview times are arranged. At the completion of the interviews, your decision on which candidate you believe is best for the role can be made. Second and third interviews should be requested if necessary to ensure that you are confident that the right choice is being made.
- Reference Checks
Infront Staffing carry out a multiple reference checks on all candidates, we will also provide you with necessary details should you wish to verify the references obtained.
- Candidate and Client Care
The process is not complete once placement is made as we do remain in contact with both you and the candidate regularly throughout the three month probation period, ensuring both parties are happy with the outcome. A free replacement guarantee is in place if you are not satisfied with the new employee within the first three months of their employment.
