Please ensure you bring one form of photo ID with you as is a requirement to commence the course.

To obtain your RCG photo card you will need to present the Statement of Training issued to you upon successful completion of the courese and 100 points of ID at an Australia Post outlet.

Upon successful completion of the course you will be issued with a NSW OLGR RCG Certificate & an Infront Staffing Statement of Attainment for Provide Responsible Gambling Services SITHGAM006A.

Your OLGR RCG Certificate will allow you to work immediately, but is only valid for 90 days, therefore you will need to visit an Australia Post outlet within this timeframe to apply for your RCG photo card. Your photo card will then be mailed to your nominated address. The RSA photo card is valid for five years.

Approved by the NSW Office of Liquor Gaming & Racing, this course is mandatory for all people working in the NSW Gaming Industry.

PRE REQUISITES / WHAT TO BRING

On the day of your course: One form of photo ID is required to take the course (and a pen).

To Australia Post when applying for your photo card: 100 points of ID will be required at Australia Post when applying for your photo card after the course has been successfully completed.
