Please note that it is a WorkCover pre requisite that you provide 100 points of ID in order to take part in the WorkCover assessment on the final day (Day 3) of this course.  While you will be able to take part in the training (Day 1 & 2) without the 100 points, your trainer will request you present your ID at the beginning of the course to ensure that you bring the correct documents on the day of assessment.  Please check that you are able to meet the ID requirements as refunds cannot be given for participants arriving for assessment with insufficient ID. Reassessment fees apply if an alternative assessment date is requested due to insuffcient ID on assessment day.

Participants will receive a notice of satisfactory assessment (NSA) upon successful completion of assessment which allows immediate operation of a forklift.  A Statement of Training for TLILIC2001A – License to operate a forklift truck will also be issued by Infront Staffing & Training.  A licence fee ($65) will be required at Australia Post for the issue of a WorkCover license which must be applied for within 60 days of the assessment date. (Failure to attend Australia Post to obtain your license within 60 days will result in you having to sit the full WorkCover assessment again).

Participants who do not successfully complete all components of the WorkCover Assessment can be reassessed after 48 hours but no later than 90 days from the original assessment.  Reassessment within this timeframe will only include the components of the assessment that the participant was not successful with during the original assessment.  If reassessment is booked after 90 days from the original assessment, the full assessment will need to be taken again.  A fee of $150 applies for all reassessments.

Replacement of Infront Statement of Attainment:

Please note that should a replacement Infront Statement of Attainment be required, a $33 (incl GST) fee will be charged.
