Please ensure you bring one form of photo ID with you as is a requirement to commence the course.

(Another reminder to ensure you also bring the completed answer sheet from the workbook with you on the day of your course.  (The Workbook and Answer Sheet will be emailed to you once your booking has been made, please advise us immediately if you do not receive). This is a pre requisite for the training and must be provided to the trainer before training can commence, without this you will not be allowed to take part in the training and a 50% rebooking fee will apply).

APPLY FIRST AID HLTFA311A

Upon successful completion of the course you will be issued with a Statement of Attainment from Infront Staffing for Apply First Aid HLTFA311A /Perform CPR HLTCPR211A.  The Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) recommends that this qualification be renewed every three years from the date of training (note that the ARC recommends that the CPR component of the course must be renewed every 12 months). 

Please note that the Apply First Aid Course HLTFA311A incorporates the unit of competency Perform CPRHLTCPR211A.

Replacement of Infront Statement of Attainment:

Please note that should a replacement Infront Statement of Attainment be required, a $33 (incl GST) fee will be charged.

APPLY FIRST AID HLTFA311A

Previously known as Senior First Aid, this training describes the skills & knowledge required to assist with an injury, accident or emergency and in many cases may assist in every day situations that arise in the home, workplace or general public .  Statement of Training issued on the day upon successful completion.

Please note that to take part in this course, you must have a reasonable command of English. If you believe you may need assistance with language, literacy or numeracy, please contact us prior to making a booking.  All participants will be required to take a very short quiz prior to the commencement of the course to ensure that a sufficient level of English and numeracy can be demonstrated. Again, please contact us prior to booking if you may need assistance in this area.

DURATION

7.5 hours in class plus pre reading (approx 6hrs). 

PRE REQUISITES

Pre reading is required to take part in this course.  This involves reading through the work book provided to you once you have made your booking and answering the work book questions.  Your answer sheet must be provided on the day of the course before training can commence.

WHAT TO BRING

One form of photo ID, a pen and the completed answer sheet from the workbook provided to you at time of booking.

WHEN

9am Tuesdays (public holidays excluded).  Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to course start time to allow for pre course administration.
