About This RCG Training Course
The information discussed in this program has been developed to meet the legislative requirements prescribed by the Liquor Administration Board NSW which now states that it is mandatory for all people working in the NSW Gaming Industry to have completed the Responsible Conduct of Gambling course. 

This means that it is a legal requirement for all those wishing to work in an area containing any form of gambling facility (ie: Poker Machines) in NSW to have completed the RCG Course.

Course Duration 
6 hours (certificates issued on the day at successful completion of the course)

Subjects Covered
Responsible Conduct of Gambling includes the following five Modules: 

  • The Context of Gambling in NSW
  • Legislative Framework for RCG in NSW
  • The Indicators and Impacts of Problem Gambling 
  • Methods of Implementing RCG practices
  • Benefits of Implementing RCG practices

Training Course Outcomes
Participants will receive their LAB approved Certificates upon successful completion in  Responsible Conduct of Gambling (SITHGAM006A).  A Statement of Attainment from Infront Staffing will also be provided, verifying this Nationally Accredited Training.  Note that RCG qualifications are recognised only in the states they were obtained in, this course is in line with NSW legislation.
