About This Course
This 3 day forklift licence training course is designed for individuals with little or no experience driving a forklift. The course is a nationally recognised (LF Class) forklift licence course and is conducted by experienced and accredited instructors who provide supervised practical experience in driving a conventional low reach forklift. Day one and two are allocated to training and involve significant time on both the theory and practical knowledge components required to prepare for assessment which takes place on day three.
Course Duration
The time for delivery and assessment of this forklift licence training course is 3 days (confirmation of course completion will be provided at the end of the course).
The course will be conducted at our St Peters training facility, located at 23 Barwon Park Road, St Peters, Sydney (10 minutes by train from Central Station).
Pre-requisites
- WorkCover guidelines specify that participants must be a minimum of 18 years of age and must be able to speak and understand English.
- Have 100 Points of ID (as per WorkCovers requirements)
- Participants must allow for additional time between training days to study in preparation for the forklift assessment after.
Please note; it is essential you read and understand the WorkCover EOI (Evidence of Identity) requirements to be able to take part in this course. Assessment cannot take place without the necessary 100 points of identification required on the day of assessment and the Assessor will refuse you entry. Refunds cannot not be offered to participants arriving without the necessary EOI and a rebooking fee will be charged to book another course date. Course Assessment
Forklift licence training NSW course participants are required to learn the answers to all of the 97 questions contained within the provided Forklift Manual. Questions marked are critical and must be answered correctly to pass the examination. The assessment involves both practical and theory components. Training Course Outcomes
Participants will receive a verification of their assessment upon completion of the course. A forklift license fee ($65.00) will be required to be paid to Australia Post for the issue of a nationally recognised card. In addition participants will also receive a Statement of Attainment from Infront Staffing veryifying completion of this Nationally Accredited Training.
