We understand the process of permanent recruitment is more than placing an advertisement on the internet and hoping for the right person. 1. The job Brief.
Our recruiters will go to your office to take the job brief. This not only gives them the chance to learn more about the role but will give them the chance to meet their potential work colleagues and have a look at the environment they will be working in. From this we can gain valuable information about the role and the working conditions and can then start searching for the correct candidate.

2. Candidate Sourcing
There are many ways to find a candidate, however at Infront Staffing we research the best possible places to find your candidate, whether through head hunting, internet, referrals, networking or print media. After we establish the best approach we target our resources and begin the search for the ideal candidate.

3. Screening and Interviewing of Candidates
With the many candidates that may apply for the position we must meticulously sort through them to make sure that the most appropriate candidates are found. We then interview all appropriate candidates to assess wether they have all the necessary qualifications and skills needed to perform the task that is required. From there a short list is determined including those that have the appropriate skills and in addition are the right fit for your team.

4. Short listing and Selection Process
Once we are confident of the short list selected, resumes are forwarded to and with your agreement interview times are arranged. At the completion of the interviews, we you should be in a position to make your decision on which candidate you believe is best for the role. Second and third interviews should be requested if necessary to ensure that you are confident that the right choice is being made.

5. Reference Checks
Infront Staffing do a minimum of three reference checks on all candidate, we will also provide you with necessary details should you wish to verify the references obtained.

6. Candidate and Client Care
The process is not complete once placement is made and we do contact both you and the candidate regularly throughout the three month probation period to make sure that both parties are happy with the outcome. We are always available to discuss any issues that may arise and will work closely to resolve anything that may arise.
