About This Training Course
The information discussed in this course has been developed in line with NSW liquor laws. These laws state that a LAB approved RSA course must be completed by all people involved in the retail sale, supply or service of liquor in licensed venues, including promotional staff, club directors, volunteers serving liquor under a function license and all security officers working at licensed venues.
Course Duration
6 hours (certificates issued on the day at successful completion of the course)
The course will be conducted at our CBD office: Level 3, 283 - 285 Clarence Street, Sydney.

Responsible Service of Alcohol includes the following five Modules:
- The Context of RSA
- Legislative Framework
- The Impacts of Alcohol Abuse
- RSA Strategies
- RSA Outcomes
Training Course Outcomes
Participants will receive their LAB approved Certificates upon successful completion in THHBFB09B Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol. A Statement of Attainment from Infront Staffing will also be provided.
