Course Description:
Infront Staffing has developed this program to meet:
1. NSW Liquor and Gambling laws requiring a board approved RCG course to be completed by all Hoteliers, Secretary Managers and staff who are employed by an establishment containing gaming machines or related functions.
2. The elements of competency and performance criteria requirements of the competency standard , ‘Provide Responsible Gambling Services’ from the THH02 Hospitality Training Package.
The Qualification:
Statement of Attainment in Responsible Gambling Services for the national unit of competency SITHFAB009A ‘Provide Responsible Conduct of Gambling from the THH02 Hospitality Training Package. This statement of attainment is recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework.
Length of course: 6.5 hours
