The Green Card, more commonly known as the White card will soon be run through RTO’s.
The Green Card (more and more commonly becoming known as the White Card) will soon be run only through Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s).
The Green Card is required to obtain a job working on a construction site in NSW. It is a pre-requisite that you hold an Occupational Health & Safety certificate. It is now more commonly referred to as a White Card.
The course until now has always been delivered by WorkCover accredited trainers however will soon become nationally recognised training and therefore will only be attainable through RTO’s that have the course on their scope of course delivery. The anticipated change over for this is September however this is yet to be confirmed.
